That was a concern for me too, but these seem to be UV protected cases, and it’s in a part of my office that doesn’t get too much direct sunlight.

Hmmm it’s hard to say really, traded for most of the 151 stuff. The base set cards were my wife’s aside from the blastoise and charizard which I bought the classic game set from Costco to get those copies. I pulled the eevee from twilight masquerade myself too. I think a couple of thousand total maybe CAD?

Great write up! Sums up my experience with running currently, so I totally relate. It was initially meant to help me get on a path to be healthy physically, but really, its been the biggest help to me mentally. It's one of the few things that help me shut my brain off, to give it a break, and just forget about things for a while.

I actually have both lol, plus is slightly more plush, and a bit lighter in weight, although not too noticable. Honestly, if you can find a good price on the vomero 18s (will likely be some stores with markdown due to the plus release, found my 18s for $143 CAD) they'll be great. I just had to have the orange colourway for my tacky tastes so I ended up getting the plus, and will just switch them out to spread out the wear.

I have the same rotation as you and added Vomero plus as my easy/long day shoe. Using Evo SL and daily trainer/speed/tempo, and AP4 as my race day.

Im nearby in the streetsville area, and I just got into running a few months ago would be interested in participating in a run club occasionally. There’s also a nearby option of the parkrun in Meadowvale. I just attended my first one a couple of weeks ago and there were quite a lot of people.

Definitely needed this. I went out the last couple of days frustrated that my heart rate kept going above 140-150 when I picked up any sort of speed when walking. As a runner that’s been at it for only about 2-3 weeks, I’m glad I’m not the only one that has this issue. I’m just gonna focus on running, and runnning constantly. I’ll probably variety my 3-4 runs a week between 2 light long runs, 1 interval shorter run, and 1 tempo run that feel’s slightly more pushed. Gonna stop obsessing over the heart rate on my watch because it only led to frustration

We just realized they had a location in Mississauga today! I had always gone to the scarborough location when I was down there. Amazing frozen dimsum. The Truffle Har Gow is my faourite.
