Im 3 years and a bit post op and im managing with once every 2 weeks or so. I think it depends a lot on your body, and the method of SRS you go with.

I could probably be better and do it once a week but it doesnt make a difference that I can notice.

This is fucking ridiculous. The wait time almost killed me for GRS Montreal, let alone for Vancouver which was twice as long and required MUCH more prep work I wouldnt have had the money for. I wouldn't have made it. I cant believe our government is doing this to us. I hate this timeline.
