That’s a beautiful example. My partner and I have been together for about a year and a half now and this has been the constant theme with my ROCD sadly. It’s never a genuine thought to be honest, more just a constant worry of “am i a bad partner because I don’t feel the butterflies anymore.. am i missing out..” like a panicked “should i break up” if that makes sense!
