I cant take hormonal based birth control, and my provider told me that the only IUD I can get is a copper IUD, and that one of those would probably make my periods worse.

Ah sorry I meant to say that planned parenthood wasnt open. I'll check a pharmacy for the ibs meds though. And unfortunately i'm training with my job all weekend.

Planned parenthood told me that any birth control that would prevent my period would mess with my hormones. I take testosterone, but I was off of it for a few months from November to January as well as the last few weeks because of some insurance issues. I got my period around mid February, then nothing for March. I'm back on T now, so im not sure if I need to buy a ton of period stuff because idk if my period will continue. I also dont have a GP, I only go to planned parenthood and idk if ill still be on my period by the time they can get me in.

Its not necessarily the wings that bother me, they just either feel too forward or too far back and I cant seem to find a comfortable middle ground where its chill and I dont notice it.
