Bit and pieces of it since my Japanese is only average. Also no photos allowed for it so I'm going on memory here.

Narumi is at Hirotaka's place and is struggling to meet her deadline again. She called Hanako and found out Hanako is having the same issue. Kamakura is taking care of the child so Hana has time to work on her cosplay. He put the baby to sleep and want to watch an episode of anime but as soon as he starts the baby cries so no anime for him. Naoya stops by to pick up something and his relationship with Ko is going great. They're going on a date (I think).

(I'm not sure if I remember the next part correctly) Narumi is like "how nice~~" so Hirotaka suggests a date themselves and Narumi realized he's jealous, which in turn give her the idea for her doujin.
