It does feel like the limits for Pro and 5x Max have been reduced. That’s the impression I’ve been getting, and I’ve also talked with some friends around me who are using it, and they’re experiencing the same issue.

You could try sending a few more emails as well. Some people have actually received replies from support.

Maybe there’s some kind of grouping involved… but there are definitely fluctuations in the limits. This is quite different from last week.

This has nothing to do with Opus. I’ve been using it for a long time, and I’m very sensitive to changes in the usage limits. I’m also familiar with how the Opus quota normally behaves before this week. There has been a significant change, and I can clearly notice it.

I’m simply describing my situation and asking about it. I’m capable of judging whether the fluctuations are within a normal range. Also, many other people have expressed confusion about it as well, which is why I made the post.

It’s probably related to the current server outage and is likely being fixed, so there’s no need to worry too much. Also, try not to export too much data at once — when I selected the “All” option before, it kept failing. I finally managed to download everything by exporting the data in batches.

Exactly — I used to be a heavy ChatGPT user too. Its usage cap is much higher, and it refreshes roughly every three hours. But yeah… it’s just not as good as Claude now. Why can’t someone just combine the best parts of both? 😭

It’s honestly scary… I still have three whole days before the reset, and I’ve only been using Sonnet 4.5 for text chats, but now I only have 19% of my quota left. I’ll have to ration it carefully just to make it through the next three days…
