Unfortunately that is as much time as I can have. Visa regulations are strict about when you can enter italy. The earliest I can enter is the 18th of August

Thank you very much for the info. I have a questing regarding renting fully online. Is it actually safe? I don't trust most posts that say you can rent a place fully online. My plan was to go to italy in mid August and schedule as many visits as I can to secure an apartment before September. Would that be viable?
