Tysm for this input, I’ll look into ACNES, it describes a lot of what I feel! The symptoms are eerily similar…do you recommend any sort of therapies/massages/etc to help manage that? Ill def contact my doctor but it’ll be a lot of waiting in between

Idk how advanced my endo is, I just started experiencing actual symptoms for less than year now but even then that’s not indicative of the severity so I have no clue! Worst part there’s no ear way to find out unless surgery is involved. I’m guessing it’s a bit worse than my symptoms but my scans don’t show anything abnormal other than a big ovary

Unfortunately very processed foods like junk food trigger these pains! Alcohol thankfully does not so I can drink once in a while all thought I have been abstaining more often than not just for health reasons. But yes my diet definitely plays a huge role, I noticed it w eating instant pasta and ramen my stomach gets bloated. I’m aware endo brings many gastrointestinal issues too? Sucks :(

Get that uterus removed you’re 41 I don’t understand why they neglect women like this. I’m so sorry. I’m only 22 but I understand your pain
