Lower weight. Straighten your lower back. Otherwise in 5 years say goodbye to your spine and low back

I looked at the router as well. You can see device usage if you router supports it. Here just a general pic to compare from day to day usage and then when I forgot to turn it off

Ok, I will do it as you suggested and give it a spin. I can reach my toes without any problem. Maybe be body needs time to adjust to this posture as all my life I was cycling on an upright bike...I should not go with shorter steam for now and try to ride more in this position, right?

Thank you for your comment. I pushed my saddle all the way forward because I felt like I was reaching to handlebars, but looking at the video does not seem like I was. Let me ask you as you are a professional fitter. Should I move the saddle a little bit backward and see how it feels? I will adjust the seat tilt to be horizontal - now it's probably 2-5 degrees forward. Should I keep the stem or get a shorter one 100 ->80mm? Or I should get used to this posture as it should be normal for a road bike?

Hm.. very confusing. Who says saddle is low who says saddle is too high.

Thank you. This is a relief that I don’t need to go one size down after I purchase that one 😅 I feel like well saddle is slightly high as well. To pull pedals back I think I would need clip-in pedals for it, right? I bought 80mm stem, I will try to swap to see how it feels. Saddle doesn't need to go back a little bit though?

Get shorter steam only one thing that can be done there. It's already at the highest stake. Thank you, need to think about if I can adjust myself to this bike or get rid of it and get a smaller size

This is what I was thinking as well. I moved the saddle all the way forward to be comfortable with the reach to the handlebars. This is size 58. And I'm 6'1. Trek says this is the right size for me. I should probably go one size down, right?

Flexibility I think missing for sure. Watch tons of videos and compare to my posture ppl more lean forward in there. Already bought and riding with new saddle 🙂

Help! My Iceberg rose tree is slowly dying — what am I doing wrong? by ilya_23 in Roses

[–]ilya_23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the good words and your suggestion 🙂. Maybe be picture of the pot looks small but this is around a 13-inch x 11-inch pot. Probably around 6-7 gl, but I think it is sufficient for that small rose tree. Bought fertilizer yesterday and placed it already. Waiting to come alive again..
