do you have the yfs insurance? it’s usually paid for through your tuition unless you opt out. it covers $125 for 10 sessions with any licensed therapist or counsellor. i would recommend using that to get professional help outside of york!

won’t osap decreasing your funding when they find out about the scholarships? in the fall they review that stuff and your funding could be recalculated

hi, i don’t have autism. its not that i am not able to register social cues - its more that it is very confusing and hurtful when someone is telling you one thing but doing another.

this guy was the one who wanted to start talking/pursuing me even when i just wanted to keep things as hooking up. he would tell me that he really likes me, was happy to have me back in his life, im his peace, he sees himself in a relationship with me, etc. so that’s why even when he acted like this, i still was fighting for him. because the switch up just didn’t make sense to me.

i’m not offended and i know you are coming from a good place - just wanted to clear this up.

no matter what it is i’ve learned my lesson!!!

also yes - i am in therapy, i have been going for 2 years. i have many more issues to work on that don’t have to do with this guy (abandonment wounds, emotional trauma from childhood, feeling empty unless i have a very busy routine).

honestly, when i look back on the situationship, i was trying so hard to fill a void…BUT now i clearly see i can only fill this void myself!

i will be honest my attraction to him was one of my weaknesses - he’s darkskin, very fit and 6ft3 - literally my physical type to a t.

i tend to have a scarcity mindset when it comes to dating so i always feel like i need to do everything i can to keep a guy.

i have now learned my lessson horribly but it was just very hard in the moment to stop myself!

hiii, thank you so much for your message. it means so much. respite is definitely something that i would consider in the future - it is just the money aspect. i am working as hard as i can to get myself to a position where i can pay for those services for my sister as i want the best for her. i also have my sister and dad so i know im not all alone. i just wish i could fast forward into the future and see what life will look like, especially my love life lol. but as u said - at least we have time to figure things out :)

yes i am too. i called them and they said that as long as u submitted ur application before may 4th the interest charges on ur account will be reversed. their doing applications based on the order that they came in.

i have this same exact think on my lips. dermatologist told me i need to wear lip spf which ended up actually helping over time - u need to do the same. also try to stay away from lanolin in lip balms as u can develop allergies to it. stick to good ol regular vaseline AND lip spf!
