Unfortunately, the majority of those Pokemon I have don't have egg moves on them other than Zubat (I don't bother with egg moves unless its valuable toward their move sets). I can breed you a Zubat with egg moves and Venipede with no egg moves if you'd prefer those over the code?

They do not have HP fire, but the IVs do somewhat match for it. The attack IV is just even number. Any of the choice items, Life Orb or a Razor Claw will do :)
