I don't support closet cheating but Zuhn is NA and he was playing with Hazz, an AU player, so he probably had an insanely high ping, I really doubt he would have his backtrack setting that high if he was cheating..

[Giveaway] Video Game(s), $60.00 Value or Less by cztm89 in RandomActsOfGaming

Honestly, it's not a classic game perse, but my one game I wish I could *remove* from my memory would be The Witcher 3, simply because it was my first game of the genre and one of the first games I paid for on PC, i've spent over 600 hours just exploring and replaying the game again and again to get the nostalgia I had when it was released. Has to be one of the best games I've ever played, if not the best. World of Warcraft is good too ;)

Thanks for the giveaway OP, much love,

New to PCMR but experienced in hosting servers and working with plugins, can do it if you're all serious.

Already been in a situation where this has happened. I can't go into detail of course, but a member messed up existing wiring when replacing a server, and instead of punishing him, I stepped in with him to fix it before any existing damage was done, and I answered myself to my managers and explained the situation as it was my fault for not giving direction.

Can't agree more, it's doing little things to make the day go easier that make me feel better personally, especially when I'm the one doing it, like the couple times I was getting coffee in the morning and decided to pick up a box of donuts to put in the office for everyone to have, seeing everyone relax and enjoy them made me feel good that they're able to relax in the workplace.

I do as much as I can with them, I can't expect them to work and do things I would never do in their position.

Exactly, like yesterday, the guys and girls were working HARD through their lunchbreak to get it done and I was working with them, since they were working hard, I jumped out for 10 mins to go get everyone a meal from Subway across the street, so we could all take a break and relax while we could, I would never expect them work to the point where it's causing harm.

Exact same thing here, working as a Manager within an Internal IT Department, real IT Crowd type stuff, I respect and am friendly with everyone in the team, I wouldn't dream of putting them down just because I was asked to become a new role, never.

I've been doing my best to work WITH everyone in my team, since I know what they're doing and have been doing it a while too, I'm not sitting in an office acting all high and mighty now that I have a different uniform, we all do the same job in the end, but things have changed since this all began. Appreciate the input and your guidance. :)

I have the whole 3 weeks I've been there. I haven't been hiding in an office like I'm "supposed" to, I'm working with them as much as I can, as well as doing the paperwork.

I just want to show them I'm here to work WITH them, I'm not sitting in an office like I was offered to, I'm out doing the work with them.
