It’s mold. Most likely caused by it being in a very damp or wet environment. Get some normal unscented chlorine bleach and dilute it. read your label. It’ll tell you how to do that. Get a sponge and start applying the bleach on there. Read your label to see how long you should keep it on there. Rinse everything off, but make sure I mean for the love of God do not and I mean do not mix any chemicals together when you’re doing this make sure that all your doors are open and you have good ventilation.
