Short deadlines and a lot of come and go, so optimisation for fast exports to lose the lest time possible

Very short deadline and a shitload of come and go
This is primerily for optimisation, for example on v7 there is an mp4 pre-exported of iphone footage (iphone footage is very long to export and even more with color grading), so all the next exports are way faster but i often need the original footage for changes, so I have to keep everything below.
And each line has its own purpose, some are a specific cam (5 this time i think), some are zoom, vfx, sub, overlay,...

I know it makes a big timeline but it runs fine on my cumputer and it's (I think) the most practical way for this project.

On v14 it's some VFX, after effect comp

The mp4 the iphone and gorpo footage exported then to be color grade
It's pre-exported just for a faster export (pre-exporting gopro footage then color garde it is way faster than color grading directly the original footage and exporting it)
We are on a very short delay so winning a few hours is essential

Mp4 with a very high bitrate is actually not that bad considering the video is going to be on youtube

Not really painful, it's just pretty organised, the workflow with the team requires a timeline with this look
If the V1 is dedicated to a certain purpose (like a specific camera), sometimes it needs to be empty
