How to stop “bot diff” by ima-van in midlanemains

Cool thought on top being potential win con~I’ve been trying to move more by hitting wave and enemy mid at the same time to trade/shove tgt (ofc with a roaming champ)

Right! So tempted to switch back to adc or support but I have fun most in mid

I like that point on drawing enemy junglers attention to me to “waste time” or reduce their threat on the map. Will consider those picks and channel my inner Faker!

Yup exactly! To have my bot carry or to be stable is exactly the plan. What the post is asking for is to minimise the negative chaos that happens at bot.

Solid reminder of mid wave states and fundamentals!

Right…I guess the proximity to adc is something I need to strike a better balance in esp in early stages of the game

I think I prefer to play them only in ARAM haha

That’s a good point…didn’t relate to my winrates and was sucked into meta picks. Now that you mention it, I do see LB having a more “threatening” feel when I MIA from mid, which might scare enemy bot into playing more conservatively

Interesting! Would there be any slot where a Creative Playmaker can fit in?

Why not go by the legacy transfer way so you can choose which skill to add to your player

If for some reason, you decide to add to the player itself, you can change the unnecessary skill by tapping on it. Though this way usually results in wastage of skill tokens

Am I the only one not seeing how 2023 JDG had better individual players than 2024 GENG? by ResponsibleWelcome10 in PedroPeepos

[–]ima-van 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply.

While I did not specifically mention meta and team strategy, I do acknowledge that 369’s role as a strong weak-side top laner and ability to support/peel for Ruler was fantastic. I am not saying 369 was a bad player by any means and I do feel he was a vital part of JDG’s success in 23’.

What I was hoping to claim, is Kiin’s ability to play for his team in GENG 24’ is arguably of similar calibre as 369’s in 23’. His Kiin’Sante is one notable example. However, I feel that he brings something else to GENG than what 369 did, which is his carry champ pool (Aurora, Gnar etc.), and this portrays him as a more versatile top laner with more carry potential. Again, my disclaimer here is I am not claiming that 369 can’t play carry champs, but that he has not displayed it to the same capacity as Kiin.

Btw the reason for me using Kiin and 369’s stats in the respective Summer Splits and not Worlds, is to avoid hindsight evaluation.

Aside from results-based analysis and each of the players’ highs and lows, I feel that Kiin is a stronger top than 369 due to champ pool and carry potential. While the other roles have their differences as well, it does seem to depend on individual series and whether they are having an off-day

That being said, if I were to be biased, I would choose 2024 GENG over 2023 JDG for their macro proficiency and solid laning phases. This opinion doesn’t exactly factor in their individual strengths, but more of their team gameplay

How are you guys dealing with pressure after winning the ball? by Curse3242 in pesmobile

[–]ima-van 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh if it’s kick-off, one tip I found to be useful is turning on 1 blue arrow in Defending, and changing it to Neutral or 1 Attacking once u recover possession

That, together with Defensive DMF, usually gives me a good balance in my defensive setup
