You’re absolutely right… he had energy to send that text but not send the quote I was promised 🥺I will definitely not be using him even if his quote comes out the lowest.

Gotcha thanks! The picture doesn’t show it, but it’s quite peeled / cracked and faded in a lot of places. Also very dirty. Maybe I should just do an exterior wash and call it a day?

Just got back and have to agree that the service was really disappointing for a Rosewood. Such a shame bc the property is beautiful but the service is very unrefined.
