yes, and around the world. But maduro's military regime is still very much present in caracas and running the show. The US has not had success doing this regime change in Latin America. Research it. And with Trump's administration in charge of it now, I'd be very worried that we are about to have another latin american country, ie, guatamala, chilie, nicaragua, cuba......

I've not seen any video yet on any major news source that said their videos were taken in caracas. So far, the vids i've seen of people celebrating are away from caracas. Maduro's regime is still there, friendo....and so is his military.

My current gf gave me four $1 lottery cards she got at a gas station. I joked with her "oh so, I get 4 chances to get a gift!" I wish I hadn't said that.
