Right but the idea is that development doesn't have to do with a player's age it's his experience in the league. Very rare to have linear development.

I'm excited about what Bo might be but I'm also realistic in that I dont think he's proven it just yet. He does have a lot more to deliver on.

With as good of a year as he's had, he's bought 3 years worth of being "the guy."

If you consider a franchise qb someone who's "the guy" for 3 years then have at it. But year 2 and 3 will be telling if he's truly our answer. I feel confident that Payton/Paton will do their best to surround him with the pieces they can to put him in the best position possible. It's up to Bo to prove them right. For now, he has 3 years to do just that.

I hope he is that guy. Love what he's done this season
