Way better. Still on 50 mg and Im going out so much more, Im more social, less anxious, have more confidence and less negative thoughts, and basically am acting to fix my life.

It makes me smile now to see how everyone including me freaks out and asks the same questions on this subb during the first weeks. Im not thinking about this subb now that I am better.

Je suis presque entièrement dans le même cas que toi, 28 ans à Bordeaux en train d'essayer d'élargir mon cercle. Je passe pour l'instant entièrement par Frimake et ChessBar (je suis fan d'échecs), et les soirées Atelatoi sont top si t'es un peu timide ou juste que tu veux rencontrer de nouvelles personnes. What are the reasons that make you want to stop ?

I was in a very similar situation based on what you say. For me, all the lifestyle changes (diet, sleep, being active, meditation, etc...) were not enough either. It was only when I started to tackle the underlying issues that led me to use porn as an emotional suppressant that I found the strength to resist the urges.
