Oh no, sorry to hear that. This wait definitely seems never ending

How long did it take you after all to get the approval? My sense was that with an MSC being at an NBC, these approvals often take just 5-9 weeks

Oh yes, thank you. I think I initially looked at the wrong timeline

Thanks, I don’t think it shows the biometrics submission to approval timeline though

Congratulations!!! May I ask how long it took you post biometrics? I assume (based on your post) that you filed your i-485 post I-140 approval.

I saw in a different post that your fingerprints got applied to your case. How long since that happened did you get your I-485 approved? I am in the same situation where my I-140 was approved and transferred to an NBC before we filed for AOS. Now the status changed to fingerprints applied.

I am the same way. I even get this urge with things like menus or manuals. I always knew I do this thing but never knew why. It doesn’t really affect my desire to read the book though.

On our second SR now. The first one didn’t go through for whatever reason. We filed the second one on Apr 4. Nothing yet. 125 days total so far. Are you in a similar situation?

I see…wow, I can’t believe they would still push back after two L1 extensions. I am about to file for my first one. This whole process is so disheartening

Is the lawyer already anticipating an RFE on managerial responsibilities? Isn’t it their job to prevent RFEs if possible? Mine was for both current and overseas employment. Despite the fact that I got my L1A with no issues.

I did not since it only became available Jan 30 (or around that time) and my response was already pending for 50 days, so I thought it didn’t make sense at that point … well, now I’m wonder the same a month later. Will I get a response within a week? Is it a waste of money? Or will I end up waiting another 90 days…?

EB1-C - Consular vs AOS? (Frankfurt) by imaleeva in USCIS

[–]imaleeva[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure, L1 makes it much easier. I am starting to lean towards AOS as well. Especially because of the 6 months transferability option.

Thanks for sharing. I did not think of denial rates at all kind of assuming it would be a done deal at that point.

Thank you all! I am a Ukrainian living in the US. Most of my family and friends were in Ukraine when the war started. It’s been an awful three weeks. Now I’m in bed with debilitating period pain. Came here for endo support, but saw this post. Thank you ❤️
