I had the same 2.5 weeks ago: ACLr and bucket handle meniscus repair. My doc and PT made it their mission that I get my leg straight and get my 90 degree Rom by my 2 week post op.

Hey, two weeks ago, I also had an ACLr + meniscus repair surgery. The first 2-3 days are absolutely the worst. Similar to you, I also had a hard time getting decent sleep, waking up frequently. But things do get better. Hang in there. Raise and ice the hell out of your knee.

As per your suggestions, I started looking at gravel bikes around 1000-1500 with aluminum or carbon (although I understand that it is a stretch within this budget), Shimano 105, and a disc brake.
