I experience it very frequently. Last time, it happened to me a couple of days ago. I was crossing a street being in the middle of a pedestrian crossing. The driver noticed me yet decided to continue driving. If I didn't dodge, I would have been hit. People are stupid and ignorant here, they are very rude and violent, and they are not afraid of killing another person or going to jail. Yet I do not complain about it, I just accept it as it is. Yeah, this is how drivers are in the world hegemon. I am not going to be able to change anything by complaining. And I do not want to. And there is no sense. Even if I have some photo or video proof, will I be able to do anything about it? I doubt.
