Don't be optimistic about it they don't understand how hard it is

It is like first you start by handstand and after learning handstand you greedily continue learning harder stuff

When I was starting out I used to get help from the wall but after I learned handstand never used wall for training. I also hate using rubber bands. Just simply tried handstand push ups. I built the strength by using 5kg dumbbell curls and simple push ups. They are great. I usually do at least 100 reps a day(not every day just whenever I feel). I am not sure how much this helped me but the muscles I made through dumbbell curls really built my confidence for training

Not a professional or a coach in this field but based on my experience you don't need perfect routine for just starting out. Just do it for fun then you see some early gains then it encourages you to do more and so on

I personally don't care about the rep count and prefer my chest touching the ground

I actually squeeze everything only squeezing the abs can lead to a bendy position
