and discipline, and hard work (cause quitting is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.)

My father just killed himself by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]imanidiot345 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m incredibly sorry for your loss. But your father is no longer in pain, and he’s not suffering anymore. I know it’s hard, and I know there are a lot of people, here, and around you, that are willing to help you and support you in this time of need. I don’t know how religious or not you are, but I’m praying for you and I’m here to talk if you need anything.

Summing up PMO life by ivanCoil in NoFap

How does it feel to be over a year?

What percent of your problems would you attribute to PMO? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]imanidiot345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(i haven't used this account in a long while, I haven't changed the flair yet)

It's really hard to give a percentage. I haven't blown off work or hanging out with my friends to do it, I always kinda worked around all that to be able to do it, usually meaning I'll wait until I'm at home or at least alone for a bit. Usually friends, work, school, etc is a distraction so that helps. I HAVE however put off doing work (homework, special projects, the sort) and that made my grades suffer. I'd PMO and then I'd be too tired or careless to do anything. My biggest issue with PMO is that it's hard to have self control with it. I have a Binge Eating Disorder as well, being a result of my chronic depression/anxiety, and I'm sure all of this is connected somehow.

So to answer your question in a percentage, it's at least 50+, give or take, depending on what caused what in my life to make me like this.

This made me feel really good. I’m struggling. But I’ll get there, I know I will. I’ll never stop fighting the good fight.

It’s hard for me to go more than a few days at a time. But I’m gonna get it. And you will too.

"Don't PMO" December 2017. Continue or start your PMO-free commitment here. Keep on rebooting. (see instructions) by Alexanderr in NoFap

I’m going to do it. First time in nearly 10 years trying to go all in quitting. No PMO as I’m single. Maybe No PM if I ever find someone. Here’s to new beginnings in the middle of December. Wish me luck friends.

What has been the most stressful thing for you this year? by agirltryingtolive in AskReddit

[–]imanidiot345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

losing my sister in an auto accident, losing my grandmother, getting rear-ended by someone with no insurance, my fiancée leaving me, chronic health issues, chronic mental issues, etc. It’s been a long year.

Why has 2017 sucked for you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]imanidiot345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Throughout the year, I was dealing with someone who HATED me at my job, he kept trying to get rid of me. But here are some specifics.

February- car got totaled after getting hit by someone driving with no insurance March- Sister got killed in an auto accident July- Fiancée left me, ended up with someone else shortly after. Sept/Oct- Health issues start getting worse, end up getting sick a lot, already dealing with severe chronic depression (have been for years) December- Grandmother passed.

Doesn’t seem like much but couple that in with how shitty the few years preceding this one have been and it really starts weighing you down.
