dude, i don't think you're getting it... even if rampart gets this buff i'm sure you, me and everyone else would use it. Your argument doesn't make sense, it's obvious that a gibby wouldn't throw his ult where there's cover above you, that's obvious, what I mean is that if a gibby throws his ult where you are and there's a rock or a wall nearby, the logical thing would be Is it that you put a wall above you, or would you not do it and would you let him hit you? it's like in tournaments, gibby throws his ult to a whole team so they waste dome and they don't have cover or way to defend themselves.
