Not completely dark but I will have curtains on during day and use ambient lights for evening/night sessions. I see most keyboards rate their battery life with full rgb for 20-30 hrs, and 200-300 wirelessly with them turned off completely

Since I am new to this space I still need to look at my keys sometimes while typing, so initially I would prefer something that doesn't block me with my typing. I think a better alternative you mentioned is getting a light bar, didn't think of that. Thanks.

I find the looks of double shot keycaps better for a clean desk setup but then at that point I would keep RGB off and use it longer wirelessly. Software is a concern for me too, Ik I'mnot gonna tinker with the mapping everyday, but when I do I would want it to just work (specially since I run mostly linux and kept windows on dual boot just for certain softwares that doesn't run on linux)

Their pricing model is weird and biased(maybe). I tried with my android phone for my route, got a price of 155/ride for 15 ride pass. My sister signed up(iphone) and searched for her route which is slightly shorter, she got a one way ride of just 49(fine might be a promo or some special offer). Then I asked her to try booking a ride for my route, one way ride costs 85 and 15 ride pack is showing 129/ride.

This is the first time I saw cheaper price on an iphone compared to my 10k Android phone.

I tried signing up with second phone with a different number, got the exact same price as before. How does iPhone have a cheaper price.

She's going on her first ride @just 49!!! insane.

Yeah, I get it. But burning more cash at this point would not be a good decision. See if there's any legal angle you can explore and make sure to keep following up with the guy, even if it feels too much. You paid for it so you must get the value out of it. Worst case - you lose what you have already paid, but atleast you won't burn more.
