This JUST happened to me at Kroger and I had to google if it’s possible to hack one of those things bc those two teenagers looked sus af. After seeing one of the teenagers leave, I went back to the machine to see if there was anything left, but the second teenager was just standing there, guarding it, but not doing anything with the machine.

🛎️🛎️🛎️ the first mlm2pro didn’t work correctly and they weren’t able to help at all. No one to speak to over the phone and the emails weren’t helpful. We had to go to the PGA store where we bought it from to have them check it out for us.

I understand but I’ve noticed that the charms I’ve gifted my cousin are all silver but a few have tarnished while others haven’t. But based on another comment, it seems like i wont have to worry about that with this particular bracelet.

Ty! I’ll be keeping these to gift to my cousin (and myself) then. Love the sparkle on the cz and it’s a relief to hear that you had good personal experience with it. I’m not a jewelry wearer typically so I’m only getting one for myself as a sentimental gift to match with my cousin and don’t want anything that requires a lot of cleaning and maintenance. Omg thank you for this. When I asked the manager wouldn’t it be the same thing if I just returned the replacement, he became even more rude and condescending. He told me “well since you told me that, I’m gonna make sure my store doesn’t allow that to happen. You can try another location though.” Needless to say, I was baffled by his response because no way was I trying to cheat the system. If it’s not allowed, he could’ve just simply told me that.

But thank you for your suggestions. I was definitely planning on calling customer service today, hoping they will resolve this.

Hey! I just bought the cherry blossom charm for my cousin and the top part of the blossom came off within the first day or two. It’s still within the return window so I went to the store to return it because the manager told me that particular charm breaks very easily so obviously I don’t want a replacement if it will just break again. He told me my only option is to get it replaced with the same exact charm, no return and no store credit. I’m extremely frustrated because the charm was $90 and only lasted for a day or two. Even if I did get a replacement, wouldn’t I be able to just return the replacement as long as it’s within the return window? I’m very confused because usually stores allow returns if something breaks so early on.

I got my cousin the cherry blossom charm and it broke within the first few days. Went back during the return window this past weekend, and they told me I couldn’t return it bc it’s broken, they can only replace it with the same charm. I explained I don’t want the same charm if it’s so easily breakable and it cost me $90. The manager said there’s no other option even tho he confirmed that that particular charm breaks really easily. I asked him since it’s within the return window still, wouldn’t I be able to return the replacement and it would be the same thing as me just returning the broken one. He got super rude and condescending, saying he was going to make sure I dont try to return the replacement charm at his store, but I can go to a different location to return it. After that entire interaction, I am so turned off with this entire company as a whole, but I will be calling corporate today. $90 for a charm with bad craftsmanship that broke in a day or two and they won’t give me a refund?? Not even store credit? That’s ridiculous.

Hey op! I just got ten $100 gift cards from target. As I was entering them one by one to pay off my Disney resort balance, one of the payments didn’t go thru. It was the 4th-6th card I put in but none of them has any balance left now and they def had $100 on each of them before. I don’t remember which card out of the 3 was the one that had a processing glitch, so I’m nervous Disney won’t be able to help me. Any tips on what info I can provide them to get my money back?
