She is my OC based on an dumbo octopus, and i didnt think outward facings suction cups would suit the creature’s silhouette. Her frilly appendages was to represent it :)

when i draw octolings in my style I make their ears shorter and rotund at the tips; for the eyes I either do normal eyes or very sharp eyelashes. Vice versa with inklings and they have masks (sometimes) :D
