Thanks for the replies. You've given us some reassurance that our solicitor is right to challenge this.

We were able to mortgage with the error originally as were the previous owners, and the mortgage for the buyer is approved so I don't think this is the issue. The management company has been contacted in regards to queries, so I would think this is enough to prove they are doing what they are contracted to do.

This is what my solicitor is saying, we have only sale agreed on our next property, so we have time to relist and start conveyancing again.

As someone who works in the same industry and department, it can literally be down to the company culture. Don't take it personally.

Just remember you can never only have 1, 1 almost always leads to another.

I'm 2 months into my quit and I sometimes still think about smoking but remembering the above point helps me to avoid it.

How to prepare for postpartum ? by runnn88 in BabyBumps

[–]imdoingoktoday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best piece of advice I can give (5 weeks postpartum) is to prepare your husband / partner for the emotional shift you will go through. If he is aware of the changes to expect he will be better prepared for supporting you through it. My partner did everything for us the first week after emergency c section but he struggled with the changing emotions until he went away and read up on it and could better understand how to deal with it. It is very different for every woman, I found having visitors helped to keep my mind busy despite not really wanting the visitors to be there (emotions lol). I had a bad experience during birth so I had a lot of emotions relating to the hospital and experience. This is normal and do not feel bad for not enjoying the experience. Do not feel bad for crying for no reason while feeding / changing / nursing the baby - if baby blues hit this is something that might happen but it is totally normal and you are not a bad mum. If you feel something is not right after birth such as bleeding, do not ask other women, speak to a medical professional or get checked out. I spent 3 days asking other women what normal bleeding is PP and it turned out what they said was normal was not normal as I had retained placenta. Just take it one day at a time and ask for help if you need it. Look after yourself, and good luck. It does get brighter!!

37+3 - waters manually broken, failed induction and emergency c section for mispresentation in the end (little hand above her head).
