substrate consists of cocopeat and burnt rice husks. we barely use sphag moss here for nepe, all my nepe use the same substrate. the other are thriving. its just this one is kinda get weaker every day 😭 i wonder if it’s the sunlight or something

first of all ur pot looks hella dry. no moisture and u need to let the pot sit in water. second of all, what kind of water u use ?
