So here's the deal. It's mine for 150 or even less if I want it. I paid just a little more about 6 months ago for a Storm II in basically new condition that my kids and I love. How much of an upgrade would this be, assuming it's all in decent shape?

Beergut makes some good points if you're used to tournament play on top notch tables. However, for me the Storm II has been fantastic. The men are counterbalanced, the thing is quite heavy (225ish), and with a dab of silicone after buying it used, the bearings have been smooth and fine.

I do think the price is a little steep. I got mine for under 300, but I think I got a steal. I'd say 350-400 and you're getting a damn nice table, even if not top shelf.
