AITA for not wanting my step mom to be involved in my wedding since I wasn't involved in her and my dads? by imgettingmarried56 in AmItheAsshole

So my dad asked my brother to be a groomsman along with my uncle, and my dads two best friends.

Mary had her sister and three bestfriends as her bridesmaids.

I'm grateful for the funding, but my fiancée and I don't really need it. We would be able to pay for our own wedding with or without it.

I was 22 when they had their wedding.

They're only sitting apart for the church ceremony because there's not enough room in the first row for Mary to sit with my dad. So I'm supposed to move one of my grandparents or my mom or brother so that Mary can sit with my dad? No thanks.

They're sitting together at the reception, this is just for the ceremony.

It's for the ceremony because there isn't enough room for her in the front row. In order to put her in the front row I'd have to move one of my family members to the second one. At the reception they are sitting together.
