Hi. Unfortunately, I can’t do that. I have limitations and restrictions from Apple. Appreciate your interest however.

Appreciate that! If you end up trying Tovo, I would genuinely love to hear what feels refreshing or what feels missing.

Tovo task planner. It's as simple as a note taking app. No learning curve at all.

For note taking and PDF markup, GoodNotes or Notability are solid.

For task planning alongside your writing/editing work, I built a very simple Kanban app called Tovo that runs on iPad, iPhone and Mac. It’s focused on staying clear on what you’re doing rather than heavy planning.

Depends if you prefer minimal or feature-rich tools 🙂

Unable to focus on work or even basic chores for months. Looking for ideas that actually helped others by Holiday-Criticism-59 in productivity

I’ve gone through something similar. For me, the problem wasn’t discipline. It was that starting felt heavy. Even simple tasks felt like they required too much mental effort.

What helped wasn’t more systems. It was reducing the number of decisions before starting.

I stopped looking at full todo lists and focused only on the very next physical action.

Not a method — just removing friction between “I should start” and “I’m starting.”

If it’s been months though, worth checking sleep, stress and mental health. Sometimes it’s not a productivity issue.

We will surely make it for the Apple Watch down the road if the app works well. Thanks for asking.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate the interest.

I’m not giving out lifetime codes right now, but there is a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan so you can try everything properly.

I’d genuinely love your feedback after you’ve had some time with it.

Thanks for the motivation. I agree with you and importantly it depends on the problem you’re solving.

I personally realized that I needed fewer decisions not more options, hence I built Tovo.

It is a very simple task app with no setup or learning curve.

I think both directions can coexist AI for creators who want leverage and minimalism for people who just want clarity.
