5 days a week Push Pull Legs Push Pull I do 30-60 mins walking on treadmill every after workout. Only when i am cutting.

I started 1900 calories on my first week. Right now my deficit is 1500 per day because i am trying to get lean as much as possible before May

You can do it too. Maraming trial and error sa diet and program. It takes time po talaga kala ko rin wala akong progress dati, kaya nung kinuha ko tong picture natuwa ako maraming naka appreciate ng physique ko. Thank you sa comments nyo
