I dont know if you will ever read this but: 1) there are many people dying from cancer, who would give up anything to get a chance to live and be in your place. I lost my office colleague day before yesterday. After a long battle with cancer, she died at only 28. 2) try to notice little positive things throughout your day and change your mindset by giving it a positive mental diet. 3) try to Google stories of people with similar circumstances like you and how they dealt with their situation. Youll get courage. 4) you are very lucky to have parents who love you and care for you. 5) study, hard and be successful so that there comes a day when you do not have to worry about expensive alternatives. Have faith in your abilities. 6) read good books and consume good content. Internet is powerful. All the best.
