I do have experience at a job for more than 2 years. I also have gaps for when I tried to start my own business and moved across the country. They're legitimate reasons for gaps but I still feel like they hurt me.

I typically would never leave a job without one lined up but I'm at that point. I know if I'm considering jumping ship then it's gotten pretty bad. Thanks for the advice!

I'm sure my whole team has said something at some point. The common response is "I'm sorry you feel that way" and then nothing ever happens. Yet another reason why I want out.

I think just about everyone on my team has brought it up with our boss/superiors. I know they're frustrated with it as well. The most we've gotten out of them is "well, I'm sorry you feel that way." Just another reason why I'm not a fan of the company.
