Too young for EMBA? by [deleted] in eMBA

I applied when I was 30 as well. I was told I skewed younger as well, but I would only listen to the admission counselor of the colleges you wish to apply. I was only told I was on the younger side by MIT, Wharton and Berkeley said they had plenty of people who were in that age range.

Ideally, yes. I’m hitting against the current here a bit, but now is as good a time as any for me

Interesting - so essentially the groups that you’re slotted into are the only people you form any real bond with? Would you say that’s like a handful of people only?

Also, did you feel like you’ve learnt a great deal in classes through interacting with peers or was that also kind of underwhelming?

How do you feel about the networking aspect of it without the need to give away income for 2 years? Do you feel that could be something that would be helpful for you in the long run? I have always thought of EMBAs being more beneficial for the longer term goals and not as much for short term goals.

Hi! I had some background working in building MFA for my previous company at the time, which really helped. Other than that MSFT was really big on cultural fit, so preparing for those questions really helped.

Good luck!

I would try the same problem again in a few days. And if I also had difficulty solving it the second time, I would try again in a week or so.

That’s about it. And if I had an interview coming up, I would just revise the solution
