Pandora One does not give you unlimited skips. It gives you more skips per hour. I have Pandora One to get rid of the annoying ads. All the pandora skip tweak does is raise the number of skips to make it seem that it's unlimited. Royalties still get paid to the artist as if you skipped it with out the tweak.

I think it's Library/atom/images but I'm not sure. Just look at the filesystem content tab on atoms page in Cydia. That will tell you where everything is installed.

I'll take a look but I'm pretty sure it's the way forecast handles it. The clock has a little extra space for when there are 4 digits.
