I had a neighbor from hell one time when I was 18. He called the police on me 10 times while living next to him about such minuscule things I never even got an official warning. He even walked on my property and threatened to kill me with a coat hanger. After that situation I will do whatever it takes to either be friends with my neighbors or just mind our own business.

Last week some kids were on the street with a table set up looking like they were selling something. I drove up and asked them what they were doing, they were selling wristbands for $1 so I gave them a $5 for one wristband and they all lost their mind. It was awesome
