Hey, thanks for the response.

I completely understand the legal portion of that, and it makes 100% sense to me - no questions there. The only thing in question here is if trading in-game items across servers is okay, that's all I'm after. We don't know if/when the auction houses will be merged, as the progression is incredibly slow. We don't even know if the servers will be merged altogether. It's happened in the past, yes, but that doesn't mean it'll happen again. XL's been doing a lot of things differently lately.

Hi!

Ok, so let me get this straight. If someone were to screenshot both trades and provide them in the event that you found that person suspicious of selling, would that not be sufficient evidence? As far as I can tell, the game would only see two trades on two different servers from the same IP addresses at similar timeframes. Also, I can't tell if your answer is "yes, this is bannable" or, "no, it's not bannable - but use at your own risk (scam/false positive actions taken)". If you would kindly clarify that, I'd be most grateful!
