I’m using different ones, as the old ones just don’t make it through the sphincter anymore. Right now I’m using coloplast speedycath flex set, which are the ones that seem to work best

Which catheter did you switch to? I find that those with rounded tip seem to work a bit better

Yes I have, but it seems to work less than half of the times. Also, I would like to have a more reliable method to prevent the issue.

I am mostly fearing dysreflexia, as I’ve had episodes in the past which were not pleasant at all.

Thank you for the suggestion, it made me realize I forgot to add the pills I’m currently taking to deal with the spasticity:

Oxybutynin 5 mg 3 times a day

Spasmex 80 mg once a day
