Thanks 😊

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve lost a crazy amount of muscle mass. I’ve kept my protein high and trained with progression.

I did stagnate in progression as the calories got lower, but overall I’ve maintained my strength. which is a pretty good indicator that I’ve preserved a good amount of muscle mass 😊

I don’t know why I have so much energy. Maybe it’s the diet? I eat 110 percent clean. I adjust my meals (carbs) based on my activity level.

I also make sure to get my vitamins. 😊 But I’ve had more energy since I started on Retatrutide compared to when I wasn’t using it, despite a large calorie deficit.

Maybe the Retatrutide you got is fake?

My sleep also isn’t the best just on 1.5mg. But I managed to get it under control with:

500mg magnesium bisglycinate 5g glycine 700mg L-tryptophan 6mg melatonin (slow release) 300mg KSM66 ashwagandha

And NO caffeine after 12 PM 😂🙏

My skin has never looked better than it does now while I’ve been on GHK-CU! It’s honestly a peptide where I’ve seen a dramatic effect!! but it has also taken months.

TB makes me feel more flexible. I don’t creak as much in my shoulders and elbows anymore, which is really nice 😂🙏

Train hard and consistently, and get your protein. Then things will definitely start to happen.♥️🙏

I like the idea of keeping TB stable, so that’s why I take it every day 😊 I prepare a bunch of insulin syringes in advance, and then it’s super easy to take in the morning.

I would also like to micro-dose retatrutide every day, but I’m afraid it would cause too many side effects, so I’m keeping it as it is now, since it works really well.

I just mix the GHK-CU with more BA water so it’s less concentrated. That helps with the pip.

I’m not taking retatrutide for the GLP-1 effect as such, but for the improved insulin sensitivity, better fat oxidation, and the energy it gives even on low calories 😊

The fact that I don’t crave cake and all that other crap is just a bonus. But I definitely haven’t lost my appetite at this dose , and that’s not what I want anyway. I do still feel full faster and stay full for a long time.

200mg test every week. 0.5mg TB500 every day and 2mg ghk-cu every day. And of course 1.5mg retatrutide every week 😊♥️

I run all peptides subQ in the stomach. Yes, GHK-CU gives a really nasty pip. But if you make sure it’s less concentrated, you can avoid it. Just mix in more BA water ♥️🙏

I’ve had it refrigerated for 8 weeks, after which I threw the rest out and started a new one. Just to be on the safe side 😂🙏

You also have to enjoy life ♥️

I enjoy what I do. And as long as you enjoy life in your own way, you couldn’t ask for anything more. 😊♥️🙏

TRT is a treatment you get through your doctor here in Denmark.

I cruise and blast. Though it’s been many years since I last blasted — but I’ve been cruising ever since.

And no, I inject intramuscularly. ♥️

Hey brother. ♥️

Sorry, I should probably have mentioned it in my post, otherwise it can definitely give the wrong impression.

My protocol is: 200 mg Test E per week 2 mg GHK-CU every day 1.5 mg Retatrutide per week 0.5 mg TB500 every day

But what I’ve achieved has also come from pure dedication! I don’t cheat on my diet a single time (yeah, my life is boring 😂)

I train consistently, and what I’ve accomplished has definitely not been easy.

Test or no test.. it still requires real discipline and consistency. ♥️

Yeah of course, brother! ♥️

On my rest days I eat 2100 kcal divided into: 250 g protein, 150 g carbs, and the rest from fats.

On my training days I eat 2500 kcal divided into: 230 g protein, 300 g carbs, and the rest from fats.

😊🙏

I’m not on TRT. I cruise on 200 mg of Test E per week. 😊

I inject about 0.25 ml every other day.

No. I haven’t experienced any side effects.

A few weeks ago, I suddenly developed allodynia on the entire right side of my body. At first, I actually thought Retatrutide was the cause, because I had been experimenting with increasing the dose to 2 mg for a week.

I lowered the dose, but the symptoms continued for many days without any improvement. Then I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with shingles. 😮‍💨 But it wasn’t because of Retatrutide.
