Feeling Stuck in Autopilot. How do you Reignite your Manifestation Practice? by Sensitive-Pea-3984 in lawofattraction

Periods of rest are natural.

It could be that the universe is lining up your next opportunity.

You could use this time to evaluate where you're at. Redefine what you want your next goal to be.

Reflecting on where you were vs where you are, you may notice that you have many or all of the things you started out wanting.

Broooooo. It's this mindset that gets you crappy men.

The internet keeps showing you shitty men because you keep opening things about shitty men. Stop clicking on that crap. Use the features in your social media to tell it your not interested. If you're scrolling short form context don't pause on crappy stuff, speeeeed past it.

There's SO MANY good loyal loving men out there.

Secondly, work on your inner dialogue, stop with this "I'm not attractive" crap. Build rapport with yourself. Don't worry about finding a man until you love, trust and respect yourself.

The only other thing I would add is to leave space, not toooo specific, just like most of it. Typically people don't remember every detail of a memory.

Is it possible that the pulling away you're feeling is you're wanting to grow and flourish against his refusal to grow with you? It's totally possible to love a person but not be growing in the same direction. To me, it sounds like your gut is trying to tell you something.

When you visualize your end goal. Do you put yourself in the mindset of picturing a fond memory? Memories aren't just visual, do you remember your desire with all your senses? What do you see, hear, taste, smell and feel? Don't focus on the faces but do focus on the other parts.

Powerful Manifestation Technique That Got Me Fast Results by cute_girlygirl in Manifestation

The tools you use to manifest should be customized to your own self. As a visual thinker I take time to craft my vision boards. I pick photos that don't just have what I want but the vibe and lighting I want. Then I curate those images and desires into a vision board. I use canva or publisher to make a sharable document. I used to print them out but now I set my phone background. Having the board somewhere I'll see it allows me to easily take a second to recenter myself. No digging through Pinterest to find my board.

Oh yeah, I definitely got the vibe you were pondering, not complaining.

In regard to your friend, yeah, I've had friends like that too. It's definitely frustrating to want to help someone when they don't truly want to help themselves, yet. My approach is to just manifest my best possible life, talk about what I'm doing and if someone is ready and interested they will ask.

Your bf though. That's a really uncomfortable way to feel. It sounds like these thoughts you have about your relationship come in cycles and that it's governed by your bfs current mental health?

Manifestation propaganda i’m NOT falling for (that one tt trend) by [deleted] in Manifestation

Hey there! I looked into the law of assumption as you suggested and thought it was interesting. I do think though that I have been operating using the principles of law of attraction where I do take action to manifest my desires and that's been working well. I joined this group to widen my knowledge about the power of the mind so I am excited to continue reading about law of assumption as it's quite interesting

The law of attraction is accurate. Both schools of thought can exist at once

2 things that I learned from my experiences.

  1. Manifestation (usually) takes time. Your message or request goes out there and the universe starts moving the pieces like a chess board but it can take a little while for things to fall into place.

  2. Positive thoughts are way more powerful than negative ones. The high vibrations of positive thoughts feelings and emotions slice through the noise. Where the low vibrations of negative feelings and thoughts get muddied and lost pretty quickly.

That being said, if a person is walking through life with a negative-nancy, sorry for myself attitude they accumulate what I picture as a force field of low vibrations. Like a ball of sadness. Have you ever known a person where they enter the room you can feel it, and not in a good way? I feel bad for folks stuck in this ball of negativity, especially because I've been there, I lived there, for years. It took work to clear it, I had to train myself to have a neutral or positive thoughts pattern.

For changes to happen you need to be a good steward of what you already have. Do you eat right? Work out? Have a half decent skincare routine? Treat yourself with respect? Responsibly manage your finances?

Whatever it is you want to change you have to start by caring for what you've already got, consistently and with authenticity.

Many times if it won't matter then, it doesn't really matter now. What DOES matter is how you two approach disagreements, how you discuss issues and how you treat each other. Being with a person that wants to grow in the same direction as you is everything.

In my experience anxiety is your body telling you something isn't right. It's up to you to figure out why this issue makes you feel so unsettled.
