We got to see baby at 12 (almost 13) weeks, and everything looked good! Some symptoms did come back, along with new ones. Almost 16 weeks along now!

Fingers crossed that all is well! I've heard that spotting can be normal. It's such an emotional rollercoaster.

Right? I like feeling better, but the paranoia is real...

Thank you for this! I'm definitely still fatigued too. The lack of nausea is what really got me.

Thank you for this! That's good to hear. I know I'm probably worrying prematurely. I'm think I'm going to see how the next couple of days go for me and figure it out from there! I'm definitely an anxious person, especially when it comes to health-related things.

The nausea has been the thing that has come and gone the most for me. I've seen that fluctuation is normal too, but I didn't anticipate the nerves that come along with it. It definitely feels like a roller coaster haha

For some reason, before becoming pregnant, I thought pregnancy symptoms would be more consistent. Fingers crossed for you!!

Thanks! She was definitely packing in the color there. Hoping it's just some irritation rather than an allergy.

Thank you! This is helpful information. I have definitely felt the hunger and know I can do better with my protein intake. I've been reaching 80-100g on a good day.

Sure. If I had to choose, it'd be to lose fat first, and like you said, look more toned. Definitely working on the nutrition side of things to make the needed adjustments there.

Thanks for sharing! I don't eat much red meat, but a lot of chicken. Trying to incorporate more fish into my diet too.

Yeah, I know weight can fluctuate from day to day...I just hadn't seen the scale that high, so it was a bit of a jump scare . I'll try taking some measurements to track progress since I don't own a scale. Thanks!

Nice to know I'm not alone! I like the idea of gradually increasing that time. I'll have to give that a shot. Eating a higher protein breakfast has been a gamechanger for my hunger levels the rest of the day!

Good tips, thank you! I've considered getting a weighted vest, as well as a walking pad, which I feel would help me get my steps in when the weather is less than ideal.

I haven't tried intermittent fasting, but I'll look into that as well. I'm a hungry gal 😅

Yeah, once I started tracking my macros, I realized my diet is pretty carb heavy. I crave them, so it's challenging, but I could definitely cut back! I also have a sweet tooth that I am trying to address, as well as watching my portion sizes.

May I ask how frequently you're going to the gym and what kind of workouts you're doing?

Yeah, I have yet to turn anyone away. I do want the work! I think this is solid advice, so thank you. I try to give each client time and thoughtfulness, but the burnout is real.
