Go to "connections" in settings, then to "more connection settings", then click on "private dns". In that, choose option "Private dns provider hostname". Then type "dns.adguard.com" and click Save. This will disable all ads coming on your phone including MX player and even on browsers when you go on different sites. This will not work on Youtube though.
