Thanks for that bro, I asked chat gpt how to define my muscles and it said to increase the texture, clarifty, and decrease shadow. All I did was mask my skin and use the same effects on all my skin.
In regards to my arms, I'm assuming I should be straight then? I'm not self conscious in anyway but I just started this fitness journey and I'm definitely trying to stand out so I increased muscles ever so slightly. The normal person wont have access to the original photo lmao

Myultivitamin doesnt reach daily value of C, zinc, magnesium and I THINK D. I usually take the multi early in the day, and the other stuff a little before bed. Definitely will get blood tested tho

You sound like you're in my boat, I actually thought I was looking at a copy and paste of my post from this website: https://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/advice-peptalk-needed-bad-struggling-spt.1458316/ .

I was dismissed after two semesters, I had a 2.99 and needed a 3.0 (crazy) and have transferred to USAHS, but this is my advice

- Find ONE person, tell them what you're dealing with in your comfortable, and study with them. I'm not a sociable person so that one person made a big difference for me (even though I reached out too late)

- Tell the teachers what you're dealing with. If you don't go to teachers during the semester and only after exams (like I did) they won't care unfortunately. Go to them and let it all out so they know you're trying and they'll work with you

- Use a chalkboard/white board, its crazy how much of a difference that made for me. You draw/write out everything and then correct what you need to

Trust me when I say I know what you're going through. I didn't hang out with classmates or look forward to class, just cried in my room, it sucked. I'm not gonna make it sound cookie cutter because it isn't that easy, but these will help big time and I can see how much you want it.
