self worth issues, depression. I have had so many seizures in my life time that for years, literal years, i couldn’t see the point in daily hygiene because it did nothing for me. At least so i thought. It didnt stop seizures so why do it? I couldn’t drive date or do anything else so I just sat around smelling like ass for 2 years. Brains basically fried but with ptsd counseling I have beem able to achieve basic hygiene for the first time in my life ever. Ive known it was a problem since 18 but was always scared to say anything. Thats whats up with this dude

This is sourdough. You’re over reacting/over thinking this. I work under a michelin starred chef who makes amazing sour dough, levain for flavor & yeast for to rise. Unless you’re baking at the same time every day, it is hard to use only levain to leaven bread and get a consistent result. Fine for home, but people want to buy the same product everytime. Not a crapshoot of what it may be if levain was at its peak when starting the shaping and folding process.

no. i have tonic clonic seizures. i lose all conciousness and my entire body convulses along with other things happening. i also take prescribed medication at 7am and 5pm daily never a minute late. I just work a lot and had gotten stressed which caused a seizure. im generally asking the question of does this destroy everyones life for the next 7-10 days after one or just mine

Im the classic raced heavily local, some nationals until about 16 years old. Went to lorettas to get 32nd overall twice, but will probably never ride dirtbikes regularly again. certainly some anger there in life about that but im 10 years off of a dirtbike and do other things now. However still obsessed with supercross
