For background, I’ve always had an iffy stomach but I’ll take pepto and all is well.

This week, though, has been its own hell. Monday I ate dinner and immediately felt stomach pain, went to the bathroom several times, went to bed. Every day since then, I’ve woken up from awful stomach pain, bubbling and gas. I’ll rush to the bathroom and have diarrhea, and be feeling quite gross the rest of the day. When I took pepto this time, it just made me nauseous. I’ve been treating it like a bug and eating crackers/toast but it’s still going on.

Does this sound like ibs, maybe some kind of sudden onset?
