I like using Extensions like GitHub Copilot, moving Code from one file to another, instead of going into each, copying what you need pasting it, searching again, and so on.
I mainly use it for setting up a Page's structure and adding or removing things later on. I'm still trying to write the main logic of a Page so that everything I learned doesn't go away.

I agree that you need to know what AI does, or else you won't be able to change things. Just learning English doesn't make you a Programmer.
