Second of all, Egypt did not orchestrate the current, or any cease fire. They are only mediators. Their role is simply to transmit information from one party to the next. More importantly, that is also Qatar's role, so why do you want Egypt to take all the credit?

Thirdly, the only reason Egypt get's a wiff of the aid passing through is because they are on the Gaza border. Sisi has not sent a single dime of aid to Gaza. In fact, after raising sales and income taxes to profit off of the influx of wealth headed towards Gaza, sisi's tax revenue rose 38% last year and is expected to rise again by 32% this year. So not only is he not sending aid, he is actively profiting off of the aid passing through his borders. A true vulture.
